Terms & Agreements

These Terms & Agreements outline the policies and boundaries that support my work and protect the integrity of your experience. By booking any session, class, or event, you agree to the following.

Client Disclaimer

Spiritual readings, mentorship, mediumship, and intuitive guidance are for personal insight and empowerment only. By booking, you acknowledge that:

• These services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Any decisions you make based on a session are your responsibility.
• Outcomes, predictions, and intuitive impressions are not guaranteed.
• You are booking energetic and spiritual guidance, not a result-based product.
• You are 18 years or older, or have parental consent.

Confidentiality Policy

All sessions are confidential. Your personal information, session details, and sensitive topics will not be shared without your explicit written permission.

Mediumship Confidentiality

Mediumship sessions are held with heightened confidentiality. Names, memories, and messages from loved loved ones in spirit will not be shared without your consent.

No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for any reason.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show.

Emergency Exceptions: Genuine emergencies may qualify for a one-time reschedule.

Chargeback Protection: Chargebacks for completed or missed sessions may result in removal from future bookings.

Event & Class Policy

All event and class bookings are final.

Attendance: Please arrive on time.

Transfers: You may request to transfer your spot if allowed.

Rescheduling: Group events cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellations: If I must cancel, you will receive a new date or credit.

Conduct: Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Recording Release & Content Use Agreement

Consent to Record: Recording is optional and only done with your explicit consent.

Usage Options:

• Personal use only
• Anonymous use
• Partial use
• Full use
• No recording

Model Release: If you consent, your likeness may be used in marketing or educational content. No financial compensation is provided.

Confidentiality: Sensitive information and mediumship details will never be shared without permission.

Ownership: All recordings remain the intellectual property of my business.

Revoking Consent: You may withdraw consent before content is published.

Agreement: By participating in a recorded session, you agree to these terms.
