Me, Myself & Lilith

Working with Lilith has been an incredibly eye-opening experience. She has helped me face my own shadows, learn the importance of spending quality time alone, and appreciate the essence of being a strong, opinionated female. I think of her as a counterpart. A piece of her living inside of me that has been connected throughout infinite lifetimes and infinite experiences. It has been such a beautiful privilege to experience working with a deity that makes you feel empowered and her lessons help me empower other women.

Lilith is a deity associated with sumerian and hebrew cultures. She can help you connect to your inner wisdom, have the courage to speak up for yourself, be playful & passionate, and spice up your intimate time.

She was a goddess that was honored for her wisdom, freedom, courage, playfulness, passion, pleasure, and sexuality. She was a powerful force for good until she was portrayed as a demon by Levite priests.

Lilith was created to be the equal partner of Adam, but she refused to be subservient to him. Her attitude was a threat to the patriarch, so she was expelled from Eden and replaced with Eve, who was willing to be obedient.

Prior to this, she was the Great Mother who cared for the people and settled disputes with her gentle wisdom and powerful influence. As a demon, she is blamed for seducing men in their sleep and causing some fun stuff to happen while they were asleep.

Lilith can be a goddess or a demon in your life. Like with most deities, they all have a light and dark side to them. Either side helps you to discover some new things about yourself. She can help you to see the wonder and magic of life or the underbelly of evil everywhere. She will help you embrace your divinity and see the love in everything. Love or fear are your choices.

Lilith has helped me with both sides of her. The dark feminine and divine feminine parts of her have helped me unearth a different love for myself than I have ever known before. She has helped me to understand that while unconditional love exists within me, not everyone is deserves that to be given freely.

Access to me is earned and Lilith has helped me develop so much of my inner strength. There is such a freedom that comes with finding who you are.

I am so thankful for working with her and so I dedicate this blog to her. My altar and offerings are a lot different than others. My altar is my body and this blog is an offering! Where I can share my love and appreciation for her to everyone who should come across this.

Lilith is an amazing deity and has changed the way I view everything in the world.

If you're looking to start working with her, she loves black & red, red wine & brandy, snakes, and goollddd. From my experience working with her, her top priority is you taking care of yourself.

I hope you all enjoyed! Let me know if you want more blog content similar to this. I would appreciate the feedback!
